Do I have to pay a rental deposit?
Normally it is necessary to post a bond that will be returned at the moment of departure. The amount depends on each home and will be communicated to you at the time of reservation.
Are the costs of water, electricity, gas... included in the price …?
Yes. Prices always include all these concepts.
Is cleaning included?
The apartment is delivered clean and no intermediate cleaning is contemplated. However, if you want the house to be cleaned during your stay you can request it and we will communicate to you the best offer
In case of cancellation, money refund me?
- Up to 90 days before arrival: 100% refund of the reservation.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the reservation.
- If cancellations are notified less than 60 days in advance, the reservation is not returned
Are pets allowed?
Always after consultation. It will depend on the property and the size of your pet.
Is there free internet and Wi-Fi?
In all the properties there is internet and Wi-Fi.
Do I have to bring sheets or towels?
No. All houses have sheets and towels for all clients

Where do I collect the keys?
At the time of closing the reservation you will receive instructions on how to access the homes. Sometimes a person from our team will deliver them to you and in other cases we will leave them in a security box at the door of the house and we will provide you with the combination to open it.
Can I leave the bags somewhere once I leave the apartment?

What is the time of check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible after 4 pm and check-out is before 12
